The snow is about gone from the peaks in Southern Colorado.

Here in Westcliffe the weather has been
beautiful with lows in the 40s at night and in the 60s and
70s during the day. The valley is greening up and
wildflowers are vibrant and in full bloom.

The joys of winter in the Wet Mountain
Valley. Here in Westcliffe, Colorado we have had light snow
for the last three days making the valley a winter
wonderland. Temperatures have been below average. The roads
have remained passable.
We have had a drastic price reduction on a

Ranches and
hay ground
seem to be the hot item for buyers so far in 2010.
Snow has covered the Sangre de Cristo
Mountain peaks and Wet Mountain Valley. The roads are clear,
but it is nice to see all the white in the grassy areas.

It has been pretty quiet here in the Wet
Mountain Valley. Snow seems to be passing us by so moisture
is much needed in Southern Colorado. The Sangre de Cristo
Mountains do still have snow on the peaks so we can at least
see snow.

Cold Hits Southern Colorado
